It's not fair that as a patient you can't be confident in your physician to thoroughly provide promised care upon each visit. You give them the benefit of the doubt because they're human but they're also responsible to operate in their profession. When the receptionist is messy and yells at patients on the phone, the staff clash in front of patients, the doctor calls you in and forgets that she even calls you in for an appointment, allows you to suffer in pain and walks out of the room without giving you time to thoroughly speak with her about your concerns; it's disheartening and it doesn't quite stand in honor of an oath taken as a doctor. Not a good look. Patient's rights matter our voices shouldn't be drowned out when it's our word vs what trauma, emotional distress, mental distress and bodily harm that a physician has caused us. It's sad that many keep their mouths closed because they're afraid to speak because they think they won't be heard. Tessy Jenkins, you have alot to… account for. You should be able to correct your wrongs verses hiding and saying that you never said "this" or never thought "that". Take accountability. Apologize to the Patients that you've misled and wronged.

3 hour wait

I had a great experience with Dr. Jenkins. In addition to being highly trained (witness Providence internship and Henry Ford residence and fellowship); I find her to be thorough, empathetic and confidence inspiring!!!

I have never in my life experienced such a unorganized and uncaring practice in my LIFE! I had bloodwork done and a MRI of my brain and Orbits. I called to get results because I didn't hear anything from her or her nurse. I call and no one ever answers the phone. The receptionist told be that is hippa law that they cannot give me results over the phone?! What? How is that possible and I'm the patient. To many calls to this office and disregarded messages to the Dr. And it has been 1 full month I haven't heard from her and she will not call me back! I had to have my rheumatologist request my records because otherwise I would have to pay a $25 Fee to get them and check this... they only do med recs on Friday's only. I will never ever

Dr Jenkins truly cares about her patients. While her appointments may run behind, once she is with you, Dr Jenkins gives you her undivided attention during your visit. Dr Jenkins does not rush you, she LISTENS to you. Not only is she my dr, she is now my husband's dr after he developed RSD, he loves her. For me Dr Jenkins is most definitely worth the wait and my 40 minute drive time.

This by far is the worst office to visit. You sit and wait for hours (min. wait time with appointment is 1 1/2 hrs). The front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude. The only good thing about this facility is Dr. Jenkins herself. With that being said, you will only see her for a maximum of 5 mins after you spend 2-3 hrs waiting. I hate to give such an awful review but I cringe everytime I have an appointment at this office. Her staff needs serious customer service training.

Her staff is exceptionally rude and very unprofessional. She has more employees now than she did when I first begin going to her and no one ever answers the phone. It immediately goes to voice mail and they never returns calls, I had tocall over and over at least 15-18 times within one day to get someone to answer the phone. When i reached someone I explained that I was having a severe migraine and asked for my perscriptionto be refilled. I was told it would take 24hrs. the presciption was not filled until 5 days later. I was fussed at and chewed out by the staff for repeatedly calling, I then asked for an emergency appointment to come in to see Dr. Jenkins, I was told that there was nothing available for 6wks. I am now searching for a new neurologist. I am so certain that she is clueless of this behavior from her staff, she is a wonderful diagnostician and very patient and explains everthing to you as the patient...I am truly in tears I hate to lose her but her staff could run anyonw… away:-(

The rude and unprofessional behavior of the office staff is truly unbelievable. They make it impossible to even reach the doctor. They make having MS even more stressful. THEY ARE RUDE.

She was very caring. I appreicated the time she spent in the office helping me to understand what was happening with me.
