Dr. Thad Taylor

My daughter went to Dr. Taylor to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. When she went in for a consult, she asked if she could make a down payment and pay the rest in a few monthly payments. She graduated college this past May and just landed her first job about 3 months ago. She said that she was told in a rude manner that they don’t accept payment plans, you must pay in full or apply for their dental credit card. She did not qualify for that. On the day of surgery, I inquired about that same thing for her, and as she said the young lady at the desk was VERY rude. I made the suggestion that perhaps they may consider also using PayPal. Well, the surgery was recorded. We wanted to know what would be said when my daughter would not be able to hear. That young lady from the front desk spoke to Dr. Taylor about me in an unprofessional way retelling our conversation. She said I was trying to get credit and nobody does that. You could hear everyone laughing in the background. I think that medical… offices should have the decency to put their employees in check. It is most unprofessional to speak in the negative about a patient or their parent when they are under anesthesia, being very aware that they cannot hear it. I really had hoped that this would not happen.

My experience at DFW Oral Surgery was amazing! Dr. Taylor did an amazing job extracting my wisdom teeth. It was fast and painless. This dental office truly made me feel cared for and at home. ??

Dr. Taylor and his staff are excellent and very professional. I would recommed him to anyone.
