Dr. Thaddeus Henry Ashmore, MD

Dr. Ashmore is outstanding. He came to talk to me pre-op just as the nurse was on her third try and second hand with trying to place my IV in prep for my surgery. I was getting anxious and tired of the jabs. He sat down and took the IV and calmly and without pain started the IV himself without any problem. He talked to me and calmed me down with his reassurance and humor as he thoroughly explained what would be happening in surgery and his part. He was extremely competent and had wonderful people skills. After surgery he rolled me to the recovery area while making jokes that made me laugh. I wish he could always be my anesthesiologist for any future surgeries I might have. Out of several previous surgeries that I have had, he is the best anesthesiologist of all. I can't praise him enough.

Dr. Ashmore rocks! He came to talk to me pre-op just after an Ortho resident blew starting my hand IV in prep for a 5 hour surgery. We agreed we both wanted a good IV and he just picked up the IV start kit and started the IV himself, no problem, though not his job. He was thorough in explaining the surgery and his part in it and was extremely competent. This guy is the rock star of anesthesiologists as far as I am concerned. Thank you, Dr. Ashmore!
