Didn’t seem motivated to help. Gave no new advice or assistance. Honestly felt like he didn’t care at all. Left feeling hopeless.

Dr Shattuck is the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. He listens to me carefully, respects my opinions, treats me like an intelligent human being, and always responds with compassion. He remembers things I've told him at previous appointments. He's gone out of his way more than once to fight with my insurance company to get services and medications covered. I wouldn't see anyone else.

Looks at watch,prescribed drug you have already been on and didn’t work.....don’t forget to pay your copay and tell them you need another apt. And you better make it then cause getting a response from them is like winning the lottery. The staff and system are that bad
