Dr. Thai Quang Nguyen, MD

His office does not answer call on business hours. if you call couple time they will hang up! what kind of doctor is this?

Dr. Thai Nguyen is highly unprofessional. He has temper issues with patients. He prescribes cholesterol medicine to me for 10+ years. I asked if I should continue to take these cholesterol medicines daily. I am 80+ years old. I mainly eat veggies; hardly any meat. I am less than 100lbs. My cholesterol test results have always been good. Dr. Thai replied with anger "I will continue to prescribe the cholesterol medicine to you. If you don't want them, just throw them away." He should explain the reason to continue taking these medicines rather than making that comment to toss the medicine away. He is very unprofessional. He also wastes government funds.

He claims to be a cardiologist, internist and primary care, however has shown great incompetence when treating my elderly father with multiple medical conditions and avoided making difficult treatment decisions. He would refer patient to emergency room instead of treating him and refuses to evaluate medications for hypertension, diabetes, regurgitation and other usual medical problems. He stated other specialists need to prescribe those medications not realizing how difficult it is for an old, wheelchair bound patient to visit different doctors for each medical problem he has. What is a primary care and internist for when he can't treat diabetes, hypertension, and review patient's overall status etc....Unethical doctor who would rather pocket money on easy to treat patients than to provide care to his patients. Dont go there if you want to have a good care. Oh by the way, he has no respect for elderly patients, from the way he speaks to them.
