Dr. Thambirajah Nagendra, MD

Fortunately Dr. Nagendra has retired as well as Dr Samikkannu. Unfortunately they are down to 1 primary doctor, Dr Patel. Severe decline in quality of care and increases in mistakes being made. Can't see this practice surviving much longer.

No problems, issues, concerns. Very matter of fact but still pleasant.

Dr. Nagendra is very smart. He knew my mom had cancer and what type of cancer before her scans and blood work even came back. He helped us start the process quick to get my mom set up with an oncologist right away.

This dr was very arrogant, I felt he touched me in appropriate while "listening to my heart" as I have NEVER had a dr put a stethoscope on my nipple not ONCE but TWICE. He also told me that I wouldn't be allowed to see my endocrinologist because he didn't refer me to him and that my insurance wouldn't pay for my endocrinologist anymore. I thought that sounded strange and I called my insurance company and they said it was absolutely FALSE!

My first visit was very disappointing. He did not listen to me or take seriously how unwell I felt. He quickly dismissed my complaints saying my blood work was fine. He did not followup with results of tests ordered. I phoned after a week but it was two weeks before his PA phoned me. I really had good expectations of this dr based on a recommendation but found him arrogant and basically disinterested in me. I could not in good conscience recommend him to anyone.

Not friendly, arrogant, conceited, egotistical, maniacal, racist, overall. ... rude.
