Dr. Thanh Ho Taylor, DO

I do not recommend this Doctor or her practice. She doesn't even try to code your visit correctly and does not help you in anyway t correct her mistake. Trying to get a refund from her is a joke. If you are in the Marketplace insurance, she will force you to put a credit card on file, because her staff told me only low life's that don't pay there bills are in the Market street insurance. She demands that you come in every time your need a refill on a prescriptions. Doctor shook the whole time she is with you. Absolutely no confidence in her abilities. Scarey

I had not been feeling well for some time and my old doctor hadn't been able to help. At the reccommendation of a friend I called Dr. Taylor's office for an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for the next day. My experience was different than any other doctor visit that I can remember. She listened to my every word. Then repeated it all back to me asking if she had covered everything. Another surprise, we had a pleasant conversation! Not at all the hurried question and answer sessions I have grown accustomed from doctors.Based on the things I told her she diagnosed my condition and offered a treatment plan. I left her office feeling like a had just visited with my best friend. No stress, no waiting, no wasting my time. And I feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Taylor.I reccommend anyone looking for a doctor to call Dr. Taylor. There are so many good things to say about Dr. Taylor that I could go on and on but I will add only one more very important fact.… I called Dr. Taylor's office late in the evening to leave a message asking them to look for a book I had left. I was amazed as I listened to the recording that Dr. Taylor's cell phone number was being given out. Imagine being able to speak with your doctor an night if the need arises.I have indeed found my doctor.

Excellent doctor. Will treat the whole body, not just your compaint.

I have had a thyroid problem for 8 years before I met Dr. Taylor. I was desperate for an answer to my severe fatigue. She had me tested for thyroid and put me on the correct medication. She is the first doctor that listened to me and put me on medication that actually works. She listens to me instead of treating me like a co-pay as all the other doctors did. The staff is polite and dont rush you around like other offices do. She has helped me for 2 years now and I wont see anyone else!

Whenever i came to Dr. Taylor's office, i have to wait at least an hour and a half for my appointment. On top of that courtesy of office staffs is also very poor. I remembered one time when i called to ask for my child vaccination status, the reply that I get was a not-in-service phone number to an unknown clinic. On the other hand, the doctor's caring manner is excellent. This is just my opinion ONLY, whether you agree with it or not is your choice but I think i will change my physician as soon as my financial status allow.
