Dr. Thao Ngo, OD

Originally I went to Urgent Care (UC) because my right eye had been severely red for over 3 months. I was thoroughly examined at UC and prescribed antibiotic eye drops which I used for 10 days. There was marked improvement, but I was encouraged to make appointment with my eye doctor (KE). I called KE to schedule an appointment specifically with an ophthalmologist. I was given an appointment for two days later at 2:35pm. I arrived at 2:15pm but didn't see Dr Ngo until about 3:25pm. She was rushed and spoke harshly of Urgent Care doctors. She gave me about 5 minutes. Her diagnosis was that my eyes were dry. She gave me sample OTC eye drops and I was asked to come back in a month. I'm not sure why. My eyes will still be dry. The one star is because, while Dr Ngo is probably a good optometrist, what I specifically requested was an appointment with an ophthalmologist. That is not what I got.

Dr Ngo is fantastic! She is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listens, answers your questions, and awesome!
