Mothers, BEWARE. I have never been in the presence of a more self righteous and judgmental pediatrician. Her condescending attitude was appalling to say the least. She made it clear from the beginning that she believes in a set time and standard for every child (from walking to potty training), and if your child doesn't meet her "on time" ideals of perfection, watch out. I thank God not only for an education that has taught me that there is a true and better way to reach a goal than the "boss" tactics she attempted to instill, but also for the Spirit of the Lord that I rely on daily . . . for it is He who leads and comforts me in my motherhood, and with light and love, shows me the way to do what is best and right for my own individual child, and our own unique circumstances. Dr. Tharon Howard? NEVER. AGAIN.
