Horrible rude and mean staff

Dr. Hannah is one of the rare physicians who takes the time to listen to his patients so he can get the whole picture of their health, not just what ever symptom brought you to see him. His communications skills are excellent and he is always able to break down down complex medical terms into what it really means for you as an individual. I cannot recommend DR. Hannah enough! He had made a significant difference in my health and the health of my family.

I waited way too long to see him. Once he came into the room he was sleepy and not very professional looking. I showed him my skin problem and he picked at it without any gloves on...weird. Not really sure he knew what he was doing. Next visit also had a long wait and missed the diagnosis totally, I had to go to an urgent care center to get the right treatment. Plan to see someone else in Plymouth.

My only suggestions are the late waiting times. When u do get in there with the doc, he takes time to talk to u and really makes u feel like he cares about you alot. I think that's why he runs late most days because he gives so much attention to each patient! Yes I can't wait most of the time but when I do, I always leave with a smile and wanting to give him a HUGE HUG!!. great doctor just be patient!

My visit today was as always GREAT! Dr. Hanna is always right on. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this office. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I would like but if you want exceptional results it is worth every minute!! He explains, takes time and diagnosis. I always tell my friends 1/2 already go to him

Dr. Hanna is the most caring doctor I have ever had. He is a great diagnostician and a brilliant man. There have been times over the years I have had to wait for him but not any more. His staff will answer your phone call ahead of your appointment and tell you how he is running. He has been on time the last two months. He gets behind because he spends a lot of time with each patient and never rushes you along. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Strange Dr who takes photographs of you in his office; Difficult to understand with his accent, wait time was ridiculous and diagnosis was wrong. After two years of pain and SEVERAL wasted hours in the waiting room, I saw a neurologist 1 time and diagnosis was correct and have had no issues since. I have never gone back to Hanna nor will I EVER. Horrible, just horrible!

Great doctor. very helpful. answers all my questions. the wait time its a little bit long, but its well worth it.

I called to make a simple appointment and the receptionist was very rude and the nurse never called me back to anwswer my simple questions! you really need some educated employees with some manners!!

Office staff is rude, they will sit there and completely ignore you until they are ready. You are not greeted nicely when you walk in instead of "hi how are you?" you get "do you have an appointment?" - and it's said in an annoyed unfriendly way. not to mention over the past 5 years, i have waited more than 4 hours to see the doctor. He is a good doctor, but the office staff and the wait time caused this patient to leave.. I was a patient of Dr. Hanna for 17 years.
