Dr Tom is a gem. So glad we found him when we moved to spring.

The Drâ??s are wonderful! The receptions are awful!!!! I set an appointment at 9, then when I arrived they one of them told me I never set the appointment. While the other one was telling me that they called me and left a voice mail to reschedule, while the other lady kept telling me that I never set the appointment. They also tried to blame it on a part-time receptionist that she was probably the one that scheduled it wrong. I NEVER received an email or phone call from them. I dove an hour and had to get off from work to be told he would not be in until later, then maybe they could get me in if someone cancelled their appointment. The uneducated receptionists need to be removed!!!!! They should hire well educated English speaking people.
