Dr. Thedia Jones Smith, MD

I do appreciate her holistic approach. She’s very knowledgeable in caring for the body using natural remedies. She’s respectful. There are a few difficult moments of trying to get referrals when requested, but the Healow app is amazing in trying to communicate. My son has autism, and nonverbal- and we were able to get an official diagnosis from a referral to a child psychologist. It’s difficult working with my son in this sort of setting but she was patient and understanding. I can tell it was a new thing for her to navigate but she adjusted well.

Dr Smith is an excellent physician. She spent a lot of time with us helping my son with his health issues. She was very kind and patient and asked him questions in a manner that did not overwhelm him. Her initial diagnosis was accurate and was later confirmed by tests and specialists she recommended. He is much better now because of Dr. Smith's insight and her willingness to go the extra mile in her job!
