Dr. Theerapol Prasertsuntarasai, MD

Office staff very rude, beginning with rudely saying "line starts over there" when I first walked in, to letting me wait 40 minutes with my wife and child before telling me only one person can go in with her. We were told the medical board does not allow it, which I found out is not true. No notice with the paperwork they sent, no notice on the door, website, front desk or anything. Dr P was nice but the staff is not.

Does not iisten, is a distant doctor and his nurse is even worse, a wet rag has more personality and he has no concern for his patients.

Dr. P. is a very patience and willing to listen. Kelly his nurse is very helpful. I would remind the whole staff. jf

Dr. T was much better than all the other Rheumatologist I have visited. He listened and questioned after each staement. Thorough and very at ease. I would recommend him over all others.
