Every time i have an appointment i end up waiting for an hour out in the lobby plus another 1.5 in the room. Shes always in a hurry to get out of the room. And thats not counting the 30 min i arrive before my actual appointment. Never takes the time to listen my concerns about my health issues. And just wants me to make another appointment.

The receptionist staff was so rude. Called to get an appointment they were booked for the next 1.5 mos. I asked if I could get a referral so I could be seen sooner, and they said no cause no one will see me any sooner. When I asked what options I had, she said I should go back on medical.

THE SUPPOSLY NURSE JINKY THAT CANT SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH IS RACIST AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE & SHE MAKES THAT OFFICE LOOK SO BAD

ONE HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT, HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN!

I have been going to dr. Fernandez for over 10 years once in a while there's a wait but that is only because she takes so much time with each patient everybody in the office is nice I have always enjoyed going there and been treated very well and the doctor is so understanding and so caring I would never want to go to anybody else

This place is ran down. Extremely rude staff. And it take 4 hours to be seen

I hated this place.

The nurse that hands out the prescriptions is a bit of a twit. They give you funny looks when you make eye contact. There is a super long wait even with an appointment. I've been there 3 times and waited at least 3 hours every time. So I asked the receptionist "What's taking so long, this was about after 2 hours. Her response was that the office takes people with more chronic. Sounds like a hospital triage more than a doctor's offs ice. Never mind getting the right prescription, I you do go there and get a prescription do your due diligence and look up the medicines given to you before you swallow them. Having pain is one thing, not breathing is a whole other kettle of fish. She's a nice lady, but the staff, well...welll,wellll As they say "Buyer beware."Good luck" \

I hate this office. Worst doctors office ever !

1.Takes a long time to get an appointment2.Doctor did not spend enough time with me 3.Did not LISTEN to what I asked for and because of that she gave me the WRONG labs.4.Staff was talking about another patient as soon as she walked out the door right in front of me. ( violation of HIPPA)Overall my experience at this office has been the worst ever and I will be changing doctors.
