Dr. Theodore Douglas Chrobak, DO

I called to set up a physical and was told I would be called back, which I was a few hours later, only to be told I would have to be called back again...a call which never came. Upon my call the next day I was shuffled around very snippy personnel ,even the office manger was snippy. I asked if they were affiliated with Shell and told them I would call back if I wanted the appointment, since they were indeed affiliated. I texted my husband and he said it was fine, so I called back, only to be very rudely and abruptly told that they would not treat us due to our concerns.

Had severe back pain, Dr. Chrobak diagnosed kidney stones but had seen something unusual on my bladder and referred me to a urologist, it turned out to be bladder cancer. If it wasn't for Dr. Chrobak's thorough exam, the cancer would not have been caught so early.

Friendly dr who has always taken time to explain everything. But I find it a bit annoying when I have to waste money on making an appointment just for him to hand me a piece of paper to get a mammogram or get a prescription refilled when I have been taking the same medication for several years.

I love this office. They get me in the same day and paperwork is done faster than any other office.

I have mixed feelings on his office.He is very knowledgable Dr. and seems caring.The wait time can be lengthy and the office staff can be very rude.Sometimes he triple books his patients and rushed through appointments.The aides are very nice though, and I appreciate that he speaks to you in plain english.I also appreciate

This doctor really cares about keeping you healthy and will practice preventative medicne by doing tests related to your symtoms and family tree. He prefers to catch the problem early and treat it. He is personable and spends as much time as needed with you. The staff is very nice too. I would recommend him to family if they lived here.
