Dr. Theodore James Daly, MD

Just showed up 10 minutes late to my appointnent bc the long island expressway was closed. A very rude secretary named Fay refused to let me in. She cancelled my appointnent. I have waited an hour bc other owople walk in 1/2 hour late at my actual apt time. This is outrageous. I drove an hoyt abd a half to get here this morning. I walked in at 9:10am for a 9:00am apt.

I was transferred to the new female doctor in his office. She totally misdiagnosed my basal cell cancer on my nose. I went back a second time because the spot would bleed ,heal and then bleed again she assured me it was benign . Six months later it started again and I went to another office and sure enough it was a basal cell. I need moes surgery and a follow up of plastic surgery. I highly recommend that you DONOT use her. All she and Dr Daley said was “I’m sorry”.

Dr. Daly is a very caring best dermatologist I've been to. The office on the other hand is very rude. Had an appointment with Dr, Daly and they canceled my appointment cause they don't know anything about insurance, and wouldn't accommodate me after that, they tried putting me in with the PA and not the DR. of my choice, which it should be my choice since I pay my co-pay. Very unsatisfied with the staff.

Over a period of 3-4 months I saw a Nurse Practitioner at Dr. Daly's office regarding hair loss. She told me to take vitamins after some blood work, but she never took a biopsy. I found a new doctor who performed a biopsy and found I have a medical condition called Lichen Planopilaris. My final visit at Dr. Daly's office consisted of talking of future treatments, without ever having diagnosed me with anything.

We have been to 3 other derms with the same prescriptions. Dr Daly offered several new options and checked bloodwork. I have really improved in a short time. Thank God to find someone who knows some other option

The staff is Awesome...They went out of their way to help me schedule, on a holiday weekend, I am really grateful for that.They actually dealt with an abusive and nasty patient as I was waiting, and I've never seen a more sincere and professional customer service. I can't speak on Dr Daly...but the female Doctor I saw was top notch, knew exactly what was going on and what to do. Very positive experience.
