I went to see Dr. Doukides today for the first time & it was a great experience. He took his time listening to all my questions & answering them. Very courteous, kind and showed genuine concern. He switched my medication & hoping this will help. I would highly recommend this gastroenterologist to anyone. 10x better than my previous one! The receptionist and medical assistant were also very nice & friendly. 2 thumbs up!!

This the worst experience I ever had with an Doctor office. Do not place your credit card on record into this place. After expending more than two thousands dollar, one day of preparation, and another day on a procedure I’m not allow to sit down with the Doctor to explain the results of my procedure. Billed my insurance, billed my credit card without explaining charges and decline my appointment because there was a balance that wasn’t even aware. I might be only another patient, but Im pretty sure there are better GI’s offices than this one.

Went to see this doctor and he is very knowledgeable but needs to stay off his cell phone when in the room with patients. He scheduled me for a special procedure which I trust him. Just younger doctors seem to lack common courtesy to patients. He does explain everything in detail which I like. He seems a bit rushed.

Asked him to have an xray CD reviewed at Boca Hospital, agreed to do it the following week. Five weeks after meeting with him neither he or his office has returned my calls. Total lack of concern for his patient.
