Great family doctor. First concern is always the patient. Fantastic diagnostician.

Great doctor. A professional with this intelligence should take time to look at the business side of his business. His office staff are horrible and totally incompetent. I wonder what compels a doctor to pick up and move 3x in 2 years. They don't answer phone. You get lost in voice mail, and then a voice mailbox that is full. Avoid/avoid/avoid. They go totally rogue OFTEN. If you have an issue with a bill, good luck on that one. It will NEVER get resolved.

Love this Dr. If you have 3-4 hours to sit in the waiting room

They never answer their phone. Calls go to voice mail and nobody returns your calls. Staff is not good.

If your looking for a compassionate doctor who actually cares about your health go see Dr. Engelmann. All the people complaining about the wait. That speaks volumes about how good the doctor is and thats all I care about when it comes to my health.

Office staff is horrible! They never answer their phone, calls always go to voice mail. They never return your calls, weeks can go by and you won't be able to talk to anyone on the phone. You have go to the office in person to get a appointment or a referral. Then you get the misfortune of having to talk to the receptionist who is so rude and really doesn't what she is doing. She is totally unconcerned and uncaring about the patient.

This place was awful. A know it all doctor that feels he's above other doctors is a dangerous doctor in my opinion. The good doctor would not give referral because "other doctors have less schooling experience than himself" Not too mention his staff are horrid. Inconsiderate, no help, different bill totals. Will not be back

Dr Engelmann is great doctor, knows his profession very well. He is also very kind and always willing to listen. He is the best doctor my Dad has ever been to. The problem is his staff. Some of the girls actually caring for patients are nice, but the staff making appointments, answering the phone and "greeting" patients leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and unwilling to listen. If you need to get in for, let's say for example, a serious lung infection. Forget it, they will put you off for weeks saying they are booked. They don't seem to understand that elderly people with emphysema can't wait weeks when they are sick and if you are lucky enough to get an appointment in a few days ,be prepared to get a call that they are setting the appointment back another 2, to 3 weeks. Dr. Engelmann is great but I will be looking for a new doctor for my Dad.

He is one of the best doctors i have ever been too. But the wait time is unreal. Expect to spend several hours!
