Never again. I was on time. I texted as requested from my car. When I finally got a text that asked me to enter the building I did immediately. I waited in line to get a temperature check. I waited for an elevator. I arrived and announced myself to reception where I was told I was late and had to reschedule. I was not late. I explained myself in detail. Again I was told I would have to reschedule. I was dismissed like irrelevant garbage after being a patient for many years when it was their fault I was at their door late. NEVER will I darken their doors again. I waited over a month for this appointment. Bye Bye! I have an appointment with a new cardiologist next week.

In the day of assembly line doctor appointments Dr Feldman was extremely attentive and spent a good amount of time to explain assumptions and resolutions.

Dr. Feldman came highly recommend by several friends who were his patients. He is very cordial and I don't doubt his expertise and reputation. His office staff and scheduling system is however the worst I have ever experienced. When he transitioned to Baptist Health Systems in late 2018, his appointment system is so screwed up, you would show up for an appointment and they would say you never had an appointment in their schedule. After you show them the had written appointment card written by his staff, they look dumbfounded. This happened 3 times to me. I spoke to a very apologetic girl at the office who said the new system is problematic and there are 2 appointment calendars that do not appear to e in sync. My friends who were the ones that recommended him are now also switching to another Cardiologist due to the the same issues.

Dr. Feldman is a great cardiologist, and his diagnostic skills are excellent. His office, however, is terrible. You could easily spend twenty minutes waiting on hold before speaking to someone every time you need to call. Sometimes they hang up on you!

It takes multiple requests for them to send you your bloodwork order to bring to the testing center, which only makes the absurd hold time worse. They forget to factor in when the doctor is on vacation when they make appointments. And it's been going on like this for years.
