Dr. Theodore Thomas Jewett, MD

Ted Jewett, MD is a six-year member of Professional Executive Council at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. He previously served as Chair of the Bylaws Committee and was a member of the Quality Assurance and Peer Review Committees. Dr. Jewett also served a Chief of Pediatrics at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Fairview Southdale Hospital. He has been part of the Clinical Information Management Committee at Methodist Hospital for the past 20 years. For the past four years he has been active in the Medical Home Collaborative of the Minnesota Department of Health. Dr. Jewett is currently employed by Southlake Pediatrics in the western 494 area. his medical practice, he is the Laboratory Director and the Director of Xray. Dr. Jewett received his medical training at the University of Cincinnati followed by service in the US Navy. He then completed his pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota. At one time, he was a general pediatrician in his hometown, Marshall, MN.
