Saw Harley Oliver, PA. She listened patiently to my concerns and addressed them all. Very caring and encouraging.

I’ve been a patient a little more than 3 months & I’m currently 3 weeks post-op; pain mgmt has been reverted to Dr Kopp from my surgeon. The front office & clinical staff are friendly & thorough. He spent lots of time reviewing my current post-op assessment & situation, and was attentive to my pain complaint & concerns. He’s always smiling, asks questions & listens without cutting me off, like some doctors do. He relays the plan of care clearly & offers the opportunity to ask questions. My visits usually take about a half hour total once I’m in a room, and I’m grateful to have found this doctor & clinic.

I feel when I come to this office that I’m truly trying to be helped and I appreciate Dr. koppand his staff

I arrived 20 minutes before my 9:40 AM appointment. I didn’t get in to see the doctor in a room 1055 I got out of the and on my way home at 11:30. This is unacceptable whether they’re over scheduling or whatever is going on.

Dr kopp was very pleasant. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Easy to make appointments and usually can get in right away.

My visit was very nice. The people in the office are very friendly. The wait time was not bad. The doctor that I saw was very interested in my care and how I am doing.
