My visit was very good….from the time I enter the door I was greeted with a warm smile from the front desk…..the intake nurse and Dr. Kopp with that warm Big Smile he gives everytime I’m there….10/10

Dr. Kopp has been a tremendous help to me. I have been suffering horrendous pain for many years. Dr. Kopp is very thorough , He wants to hear what I have to say and has a solution. I appreciate everything he’s done to help me looking forward to my next facet block.

I’ve been a patient a little more than 3 months & I’m currently 3 weeks post-op; pain mgmt has been reverted to Dr Kopp from my surgeon. The front office & clinical staff are friendly & thorough. He spent lots of time reviewing my current post-op assessment & situation, and was attentive to my pain complaint & concerns. He’s always smiling, asks questions & listens without cutting me off, like some doctors do. He relays the plan of care clearly & offers the opportunity to ask questions. My visits usually take about a half hour total once I’m in a room, and I’m grateful to have found this doctor & clinic.

I feel when I come to this office that I’m truly trying to be helped and I appreciate Dr. koppand his staff

I arrived 20 minutes before my 9:40 AM appointment. I didn’t get in to see the doctor in a room 1055 I got out of the and on my way home at 11:30. This is unacceptable whether they’re over scheduling or whatever is going on.
