I would recommend to Dr. Kretschemer to anyone with a newborn or small children. He is GREAT. He's a very caring and down to earth. He is very thorough with his check up and it explains what he is doing as well as what is going on with your child/children in words that you can understand. Not to mention follow up to make sure treatment is going well. My 3 children who are now grown were his patients until he left Opelousas, LA to go and work in New Orleans if I'm not mistaken at the Childrens'Hospital there. I'd give anything to have him closer to bring my grandchildren too! I even wouldn't mind an hour drive to Baton Rouge, Lafayette or ALexandria, LA. It would be worth it!
