Dr. Theodore Clark Prentice, MD

This company is very unprofessional, they do not answer the telephone lines for hours, if you're speaking to the nurses, the phone will hang up in your face and no one will return your call. Nurses that is not in charge of your medical records take responsibility of sending back reports that they have no legal rights to handle. This establishment is so unprofessional with handling business properly. I would highly recommend another neurologist

great doctor but very inaccessible and long waiting time to be seen.Needs improvement in staff answering the phone. average waiting time is 10 to 15 minutes.sometimes longer.

My husband has had one visit with the doctor where a MRI would be required for his next doctor visit. The staff is where they fall short of good customer relations. It has been well over a month and he has not received confirmation for the MRI. The agency where he is to have the MRI have commented that they have not received the information to this date. After being kept on hold I finally get to speak to one of Dr. Prentice's staff and try to explain the history of what has transpired. She does not want to hear it, tries to stop me from proceeding with my explaination then she puts me on hold and never get back to me for one hour. Dr. Prentice needs to remind his staff that without all those clients patiently waiting like cattle in the waiting room, they would not be employed. He needs to train them on better customer relations. I will be switiching my husband from that doctor and his unappreciative staff.
