Dr. Theodore Leonard Tsai, MD

Refused to give me antibiotics and told me I had a cold, did not answer my questions about what to do to make it go away

Dr. Tsai does not care about his patients. This is the second time I have seen him and I also thought I would give him a second chance. He did not put any stock into my symptoms. He laughed when he said the antibiotics might help. I complained of ear congestion and he did not even look into my ears. I am not sure if he did not believe me because I am female but he did not listen to my assertion that I knew something was wrong with my body and that I have had a very similar presentation like this before and he did not want to hear it. I do not know how he is still a doctor. He so obviously does not enjoy his job.

This is the second time I have seen him. I thought I would give him another chance after a horrible first experience with him but it was the same second time as well. He is very condescending and rude.
