I have been coming to this practice for a number of years. The nurses and associated workers have been wonderful and very caring. I cannot say the same for the doctor. My average wait time to see him has been over an hour, but recently that has started nudging two hours. When I finally am able to see the doctor he spends roughly three minutes with me and then steers me towards the check-out desk, even when I've been pretty sick and needed a little more time for reassurance, if nothing else. I'm sad to say that I am done with this practice, simply because, after being a patient there for so many years, I've become close to some of the nurses who work there. Now, I've got to search for another hematologist in Broward County.

Someone needs to remind this entire practice they treat cancer patients. Dr is always too busy and cold for any kind of attention needed. Nurses are none caring, cold, and perhaps been working their jobs too long. I've never seen a Oncology Doctors office act like this. Unacceptable!

These people show no direction for new peopel,what so ever, they expect you to know what your doing next without being told. The Doctor walks the hallway at a snails pace and could care less about how long you have been sitting there. I am to have chemo evey three weeks but the doctor wants to see me weekly, well glad to be told that. I had no idea of this what-so-ever. Again things i should have known being new and all.

DR. ZARAVINOS IS MY DOCTOR THE LAST 2 YEARS WHEN I WAS SICK WITH BREAST CANCER.HE IS THE MOST CARING AND ATTENTIVE DOCTOR I HAD IN THE LAST FEW YEARS.HE SPENDS ALL THE TIME WITH ME EXPLAINING THE THERAPY HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME, AND HE IS NEVER TO BUSY TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS
