Dr. Theresa Renea Andersonning, DO

I've visited Dr. Andersonning twice now. She spends ample time with you - I felt like she was a good listener. She discussed multiple treatment options for my issue and guided me to the proper course. Wait time in both cases was almost zero. Was knowledgable about Dupuytren's disease without any prep time. Seems to know her stuff!

I came in as a new patient to see Dr. Andersoning and was turned away because I didn’t bring a physical copy of my insurance card. I understand that was my mistake but how the receptionist named Sarah treated me was outstandingly rude. She was very short tempered and rushed me for information, she spoke with a very degrading and mean tone. Overall, it was a bad experience and I will never be returning. I have nothing against the doctor, just the receptionist.

I really liked Dr Andersonning, but the 2 girls that work at the desk are awful!! I wanted copies of my prescriptions so I could use Good RX and they said “ it’s illegal to give out copies of prescriptions in Michigan, that is a big lie!! And I know it!! I went to Meijer’s and said , hey I heard it’s illegal to give out paper copies of prescriptions! They couldn’t believe that I was told that. My daughter works in a pharmacy had they all had a good laugh cause they know I don’t smoke or drink anything. Shame on those 2 ladies !!

great bed side manner, listened and was caring and tried to get to the heart of my issues at great addition to Dr. Rasor's office

I’ve had back pain for two decades, have seen doctors, specialists, chiropractors, and massage therapists who’ve not been able to help. After just one appointment with Dr. Andersonning, I noticed significant improvement and a major decrease in pain. On our first appointment, I started to explain diagnosis I’ve been given over the years and instead of going based off of other doctors opinions, she asked how things felt and where they hurt which, for the first time I felt listened to by a doctor in a really long time. The title for this review is the magician because its exactly what she is. Truly an artist! I have seen her several times over the past few months and cannot explain how grateful I am to her.

I would give zero stars if I could. The in depth review before this one is right on point. Arrogant and extremely judgemental. Bedside manner is definetly lacking as well. This MD makes biased assumptions on her patients rather than professionally listening to the subjective data given by her patients. Don't bother explaining your medical issues to this MD because according to her the body is like a text book and nothing the patient says is credible to her because she knows everything and you know nothing! This doctor is toxic to the Rasor practice and I hope they figure that out sooner than later.

I saw Dr. Andersonning in the Brighton office of Dr. Rasor for my monthly checkup.. I've been attending either Dr Rasor or Eva the PA and they are both excellent Clinicians with a highly satisfactory bedside manner. I had my first appt. Several months ago with Dr Andersonning and right away I was struck by her impatient and angry demeanor. I found her cold and aloof on subsequent appointments, she continued with her Arrogance and I got a strong feeling she did not trust me and her judgemental attitude was starting to really annoy me. After I missed a month of seeing her my daughter told her I was trying to make ends meet and could not afford the Office visit or the Meds I was taking for pain control (non narcotic). After another call was placed to her Dr. A became upset saying " I Don't have time for this" ( she was on call) when my daughter spoke with her via telephone explaining my predicament she became Arrogant, self Righteous and matter of fact giving me 2 options which… neither one would work for my income. The whole scenario was beyond ridiculous. I am NOT going back to that Woman ever again. I am not a difficult patient and I will not be treated like this from anyone, especially one who's collecting a fee for an office visit. I am done!!!

She is the only true doctor I can say that actually cares
