Dr. Theresa Michelle Conyac, MD

This Doctor is a certified witch! She is the meanest person ever. She delivered my baby through C-Section and did not send me home with any pain medication. While i was in pain at the hospital she was interrogating and questioning my pain and stating in her own words "if your in pain then why are you eating" She is the worst doctor, she might seem nice at first but she is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She also tried to put me on a mood disorder medication because i was crying while i was in pain. Dr Conyac if i cut your stomach open with a scalpel and not give you pain medication WILL YOU BE SMILING? May the Lord judge you

I came here three times and had a bad experience each time. After the nurse took my vitals and had me undress and put on a gown, I was left in the patient room waiting for Dr. Conyac for 50-60 minutes each time. During my second appointment I had concerns about some pregnancy symptoms I was experiencing, and after I waited for her for an hour Dr. Conyac came in and I began talking to her about my symptoms and she seemed confused and asked if there was a possibility that I was pregnant. We had discussed my plan to get pregnant at my previous appointment, I had called the office and reported the pregnancy as soon as I got a positive test, and her staff tested me when I arrived that day and got a positive result as well. Not only was she an hour late, but she didn’t remember anything about me as a patient and didn’t bother to refresh herself on my history or even glance at my chart. I’m not sure if this indicates incapability as a doctor or apathy toward her patients, but I do not… trust her care, and the fact that she was extremely late for each appointment without an appropriate explanation tells me that to leave a patient waiting alone for an hour is normal for her and to be expected. Her staff is also unfriendly and off-putting at times. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office.

I would not recommend this DR to anyone ! Her office staff is unprofessional and rude, Dr Conyac misdiagnosed , lied to and did not treat me as a patient . I met her after having my son , due to my original OBGYN having to suddenly go on emergency medical leave . I was very upfront with Dr Conyac in my treatment plan and wanted to stick with the original plan from my dr . After going through 13 years of infertility in this last pregnancy being very complicated and high-risk the importance of my care as well as the time restraints due to my INS going to lapse . She agreed and I went to see her , I gave her my full medical history , offered to bring my medical records from previous DRs . From the very first appointment she began to push IUDs aggressively, despite me telling her that is not what I wanted that I had gone through 10+ years of trying different things and was ready for the hysterectomy. Over the course of the next six weeks I had a few doctor visits with her, and… several phone calls with her office , where are you IUD was pushed despite me continuing to deny it , A appointment where I had to do a vaginal ultrasound and breast-feed at the same time - not supportive at all to nursing a Mom , then was rushed and not supported at all so they could get next patient in room , I was told different stories from her directly about insurance and having the hysterectomy done after her agreeing to do it. When talking with her staff Nicole , her office manager was extremely rude and was told they are waiting on INS . Finally i went for a second opinion , once I went for that second opinion her office canceled my biopsy appointment for what they told me was pre-cancerous cells on my cervix stating that they did not know they needed pre-authorization from insurance and that I was seeing a new doctor anyways even though I just went for a second opinion, they then would quit communicating with me, and anytime I did get in touch with them they were rude and told me that I would get a call back. I contacted my insurance, which then my insurance told me that not once I had Dr. Cognac‘s office contacted them to get pre-authorization to have the surgery nor the biopsy. I I told them in detail about all that I’ve gone through with Dr. Cognac‘s office and they couldn’t believe it . decided to get my medical records physically from Dr. Cognac‘s office which is when I asked why that I have been lied to all this time , the front desk lady said she will go ask , I was left waiting for some time before finally I left . It is sad to know that we trust our lives and our health in the hands of doctors like cognac only to be taken advantage of lied to and strung along it is obvious that she does not care about her patients in her office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I have seen Dr. Conyac for 2 years and she always listens to your concerns. She goes above and beyond. I don't believe I would have my 7 month old if it wasn't for her realizing I had an underlying medical condition.

Dr. Conyac listens to you, explains your situation and reviews all the possible options. Great staff and easy visit experience!

Very helpful friendly experience. Addressed all my concerns. Normal pleasant and professional.
