I would not reccommend tess simon, i had a hurting in my upper leg, i told her about it and she did nothing, never sent me to xray, nothing, month later it got worse and one day something popped and the pain was unbearable, my hip broke, had surgery found out it was cancer.......found another Doctor !!!!

This office and Doctor are all over the place. If you refuse to have your imaging done at pleasent valley they will not sent to another hospital. They expect you to drive 30 miles out of your way to get imaging, mammo or anything else they order. They will also only order half of what you are being seen for. Then they lie and say you missed the 3 imaging appointments I set up. Pardon me Brandy? I never set any appointments at Pleasent Valley! Each time you call the office they lie and say they are sending the order over and never send it or get the run around "we will call you back" that call never comes. Set you up with pt with only half the order not treating all you were seen for. Even the notes made by Dr. Simon in your medical record are wrong. I worked in a hospital for 15 yrs and have never seen such horrible patient care. Now sending me to another to another doctor to start all over again after my mri was approved she refuses to send it to Teays camc . No wonder her sign… says walk ins welcome . You can bet I won't be back. You shouldn't either her follow up is the worst!

I have been a patient of Dr. Simon for ten years. She is very knowledgeable and always thorough and professional. She never brushes off questions. Instead, she explains conditions and possible outcomes if a condition is ignored. I feel she genuinely cares about me and never simply hurries me through an exam. I highly recommend her.
