Dr. Theresa Ann Stroot, DO

I've been seeing Dr. Stroot since she basically started practicing. My Dr retired and suggested her. I'm thankful every time I see her for that. She's a very empathetic, caring, knowledgeable Dr. Has compassion for her patients. She's not like most who herd you through like a milk cow. She's authentic & truly wants to help With all honesty I wish I could see her for all that my eight Drs do. That's how much faith and trust I have in her or going the extra mile & finding out if she doesn't know; so that she can basically help you along. I've read that some of you are judging her by the help at the front desk. She's not responsible for them. She doesn't hire them. It seems most Drs have front desk people that really should have to take some sort of class on compassion or at least be a people person, but they don't. Eventually karma will catch up to them & that's how you need to look at it. But don't blame Dr Stroot for which she has no power over. Give her another chance if… that's you. You'll be glad you did. She's extroadinary! In all honesty, how many Drs can you say that about? For me... Out of eight, she's the only. I'll say it again. She's a very kind, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable Dr and has no problem going the extra mile for you. Thank you Dr Stroot for all you do!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Theresa Stroot for over 15 years, as well as my Mother and Wife. We have always been totally satisfied with her compassion, professionalism and degree of care. Recommend he for any age and condition, she will take care of you!

Have been receiving the medical care by Dr. Stroot for over 15 years, for my entire family. Dr. Stroot's Osteopathic degree provides a holistic approach to our medical care, beyond any MD physician we had previous treatment. Whether in the medical office or in the hospital she gives personal and medical care above the average.

Dr. Stroot has cared for my mother (until she reached 98 yrs), my wife and I for over 10 years and our care has been exceptional, using a holistic approach for total care. Practices the goal of Osteopathic Medicine, using the additional skills gained through the medical school and internships for a Dr. designation DO.

Love my doctor. She listens and we work together as a team to address my many medical issues.

Dr. Steoot is just what our family needed! We inherited her with one of our children and ahe has been great. She is firm but kind at the same time. No sugar coating with her. The staff is very caring and helpful, even on my worst days they seem to be even kinder!

Office is nice but staff is probably the rudest staff around, on top of that it took me three visits to attempt to clear up my cold for a month and didn't get better til' I made my way to Walgreens Health Clinic.

I and my family have been a patient of Dr. Stroot for a little over a year. Every visit with her, I actually look forward to and I don't like going to the doctor. She's very courteous and straight-forward. She doesn't seem rushed in the least and genuinely cares about her patients. Any questions I may have are discussed at length and with an honesty that is refreshing.

Dr. Stroot is the primary physician for my mother (98 yrs), wife and myself; and we have experienced her practice in her office, hospital and nursing home. Our personal rating is "above average" from previous primary physicians and we are so thankful we found Dr. Theresa. In addition, during conversations with hospital and nursing home RN's and CNA's, plus EMT's, we have heard nothing but complimentary and above average comments regarding her care and services to her patients. And, as a PLUS, her Osteopathic Medicine training is quickly distinguishable from the "cattle call" M.D. family practices of our previous doctors, and more holistic and complete for analysis and treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Stroot to anyone not completely satisfied with the run-of-the-mill family practice of treat-the-symptom with medication and get you in and out of the office in the least amount of time, with very little compassion and interest in your health.
