Dr. Theresa Phuong Tr Ton

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ton for 18 years. She’s always taken very good of my dental health and she genuinely cares for her patients. She’s a wonderful dentist and person!

Young lady that answered the phone. She was very rude and very disrespectful to hang up on me. I called back. When I call back she answer the phone. But didn't say anything. to hang up the phone. I called back. Don't say anything. Send me to voicemail. My insurance company gives me the name of this dentist and told me that takes my insurance company. So I had to make sure I I called back to my insurance company. To make sure and they tell me yes, they take your insurance company. I'm upset because she hang up on me and she very rude and very disrespectful Do I revive anybody not to go there?

I don't remember her name. I don't even know if she's giving me her name, but I was telling her that I am a new patient and I would like to make an appointment. I given her my insurance information number She told me they don't take my insurance. I tell her that I got the information from my insurance company, but you do take my insurance. She simply hung up on you. When I call back. SHe answers the phone and do not say anything to me. I called back again. She send me to voicemail. She was rude and very disrespectful. I would not recommend anybody to go to this facility due to the fact that you are being disrespectful to a new customer. Take it and won't take out the time. To do your job That's what you get paid for. To help people I did call back my insurance company and they gave me back your information saying that you do take my insurance. So I don't know what the problem is. But I will not. Let somebody disrespectful me any time whatsoever. You need to be fired. But you need to… go back to a training this is so was very unprofessional.

Over a decade she has proven herself to me, a regular patient with challenging problems. She is personally attentive and does all work with her own hands, including cleanings. She is the best health professional I know.
