I tested positive for squamous cell carcinoma in the Head and Neck region and after 2 separate visits to different doctors with no results I found Dr Tran who quickly found the tumor and scheduled surgery and treatment plan within one week.

This is the third time her staff cancelled my appointment last minute without a valid explanation. Only her time is valuable and her patients' time are not? I called weeks in advance to make the appointment and have to request a day off from work. It's very difficult for me to request a day off...she and her staff has no respect and not apologetic. It is very disappointing for someone at her caliber with such little respect with her patient.

She has poor social skills and acts inappropriately. It made feel very uncomfortable. I saw her only twice and I can’t say how her technical skills are.

This is a long overdue review. I'm writing as the daughter of a patient that Dr. Tran has saved. There are not enough words in a review to express how incredible she is as a human and doctor. My father was diagnosed with Stage 3 throat cancer 10 years ago. The prognosis at the time was deemed fair. Most doctors did not even want to attempt to save my father's life; but Dr. Tran did everything in her power and performed a MIRACLE. He is now still fully alive 10 years post treatment, better than ever in spirits, and is able to enjoy life because of her. She still continues to follow up with him twice a year and asks about the family. My family and I forever grateful that Dr. Tran took a chance on him. As a healthcare provider, I can honestly say that she is a role model for everyone in the medical field. She is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Thank you, Dr. Tran for believing! I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a qualified and compassionate ENT.

Just over ten years ago, I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. My endocrinologist (I'm type 1 diabetic) recommended Dr. Tran to help me with the thyroid cancer. Dr. Tran saw me as soon as possible, answered all of my questions, told me all of my options and she performed my total Thyroidectomy and also did a Neck Dissection (the cancer had spread to my lymph nodes). It was a 6 hour surgery. She took excellent care of me, and followed up appropriately. 10 years later, I am still cancer free. Dr. Tran is an amazing doctor, and if you have thyroid cancer I give her my highest recommendation.
