Dr. Therese Marie Lucietto-Sieradzki, MD

You’ll be in her waiting room for at least an hour so don’t bother going while you’re at work. She prescribed me a medicine that, a year earlier told me I was allergic to because of my side effects. To top it all off she fired me as a patient because I wrote a Google review stating that you would be in her waiting room for 45 minutes plus. She stated that I missed too many appointments when in reality I was THERE in the waiting room and couldn’t wait any longer because I WAS ON THE CLOCK. If I have an appt at 2, I expect to be seen at 2 or by 2:15 at the latest. I would reschedule because my boss would be texting me like crazy asking when I was coming back. Apparently rescheduling due to her scheduling issues meant cancelling.

Dr. Lucietto is amazing! I struggled with hypothyroidism without the proper diagnosis. Once I started seeing her as my Primary Doctor, my life changed! I am forever grateful for her services to help people. Dr Lucietto is definitely a blessing. Thank you! Carie

I happily go out of network to continue to see Dr. Lucietto. Sure, your wait time might be longer, but that is simply because she takes the time to truly listen to her patients. She is the ONLY doctor that I have ever had that actually wants to find the root cause of an issue instead of going straight to prescribing a medication just to cover your symptoms. She is the ONLY doctor that has never rushed me out of the room and truly listened to me. She legitimately cares about her patients.

Wonderful full service office. Friendly staff and it is very clear the Doctor cares.

She is fine when you have an appointment with her. BUT if you need a REFILL you can for get it. I tried SEVERAL DAYS in a row. Left messages and NEVER got a call back!!! If you read her reviews you wil see other patients are having same problem.

In all truth, she is a very good doctor, one of the best. Which truly is hard to come by. She is a great physician who cares about you the patient, not how fast she can get you in & out of her office. But, someone whom takes the time to deal with your ailments or will run the tests that are needed to figure out the proper treatment so that you can get back to a normal way of living. Before meeting Dr. Lucietto, I refused to go see the "Doctor," but after coming with her, she is the only physician I trust to see my family. My respects to this physician, who is a kind and compassionate woman that continues to strive to provide the best possible healthcare to her patients (us). The staff are also always kind, and helpful each time I come in or call to schedule an appointment.

Do NOT EVEN start with her!! Heaven help if you NEED a REFILL!!! Took 9 days and still do not have it!!! Will be moving on.... Would advise you to slso

My family loves Dr. Lucietto. But, the last 4 times I have tried to get an appt., the person answering the phone just says they don't have any available appointments and hangs up on me! Then I called to get a copy of my child's last physical (it had been done in the last 9 months) and they couldn't find it! And getting prescription refills is awful. The pharmacy always tells me they send requests 2 to 3 times and then they call me to see if I can get anywhere with them. Birth control is something you have to stay on schedule with - not responding to refill requests is unacceptable.

Dr. Lucietto is engaged in her patient's care. She spends time answering questions and carefully reviewing your treatment plan. Her support staff needs work. They need to schedule appointments based on how long the doctor typically takes with her patients. If the doctor is running 45 minutes behind they should tell you this when you arrive for the appointment. Sitting in the exam room for 45 minutes, an hour after your appointment time is not OK. They REALLY need to focus on a more professional approach to the patients. The patients pay their salaries- they are the doctors customers, they are not doing me any favors by simply doing their jobs. If they don't want to deal with the public they should get out of a family practice office.

Dr. Lucietto and her staff does not return calls promptly. When called office and ask for Dr. Lucietto to return my call, answer was given that Dr. Lucietto does not return calls unless given explanation as to why. She needsto get rid of all her staff due to rudeness and attitudes. I will never return there due to how I was treated.
