Dr. Theresia Tsay, MD

My wife started to visit this office with Dr. Acosta. A few years ago they changed the doctor to Dr. Tsay. And boy was that a big mistake. This doctor doesn’t respect peoples time because she is ALWAYS late! My wife and my newborn child find themselves waiting 30 mins to 45 mins EVERY SINGLE TIME and not a single apology about having her . It’s very clear she doesn’t care about her patients. We complained to the office manager and nothing was done about her punctuality or lack there of. The receptionist are some of the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered in the healthcare setting and I myself work in healthcare They will not even look at you or acknowledge you when you come in. What an EMBARRASSMENT! They claim to have accesible hours but are never reachable. I once called to speak to the doctor because I had a question about my son and Dr. Tsay waited the next day to call. I would not recommend Dr. Tsay practice to anyone seeking quality care for their child. She and her… practice are very unprofessional.

She’s a kind hearted doctor. She cares and for you and for your child, and she’s kind and approachable. Highly recommended.

Dr.Tsay is not like most doctors, she is extremely warm and treats patients like extended family. She listens to every patient, and has years of experience including being in NICU. She calls you to check in on babies after shots and is available to your needs. Only catch is that the office is a bit off the main road and there is a staircase to bring stroller up.

when Dr eloisa Acosta changed her hours I thought I'd give Dr tsay a try.I took my child to see her more than once about 5 times.in all five situations I did not feel comfortable with the doctor she basically tells you what she thinks your child might have and then decides to check your child and tell you what she has. she doesn't seem like she knows her stuff at all. Plus Dr Acosta went on vacation this month and I urgently needed to take my child to a specialist but unfortunately they left me in the middle hanging because Dr tsay doesn't give referrals. so I was left in the middle not knowing what to do except change pediatricians.doctor tsay made it clear to me at my visits that she never will give me a referral unless I switch to her as my primary care physician. today I receive a call from her because I complain to another pediatricianand shd to do was complain to another pediatrician for her to actually do something but it was too late and now I have another pediatrician… Thankso all I had to do was complain to another pediatrician for her to actually do something but it was too late and now I have another pediatrician Thank God. save yourself the headache and find a better doctor. the staff is amazing though they do their job correctly and they are always there for you.

We gotta tell her what to do... We went at my six months baby checkup for the vaccines so she take the weight and ask me how was she eating and she said thats it. And then we asked her what about the vaccines and the height and she said oh sure... we were seeing her at Eloisas Acosta place... We went there because of Eloisa but we dont know why but she is not there anymore.
