Dr. Thinh Duc Nguyen, MD

I was extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr. Thinh Nguyen and the staff at the MedHelp location in Alpharetta. Everyone was friendly and professional and the doctor was wonderful. Good listener and did not rush, did not over prescribe anything took the time to teach me what was going on with my illness and what needed to happen for me to get better. I was there for three visits and overall Dr. Tim just had a great "bedside manner" and a humility that connects with his patients and made me feel comfortable. This group is not your typical "doc in the box" facility and I highly recommend them to anyone needing medical care.

I love this MD and this clinic get you in and out pretty quickly or give you as much time as you need. This MD is very personable with a great bedside manner. He is quick and thorough. The rooms, office and bathrooms are always clean. I have no problems with Rx being refilled. For a person who doesnt care for MDs, my husband really likes this facilty and MD as well.

If he were part of a practice I would join.

A brand new franchised operation in my area...I feel I was treated in an uncaring and unprofessional manner. The doctor was in a hurry, and did not pay any attention to my specific needs or input. He seemed completely disinterested,and did not treat my problem effectively or competently. It seemed to me that the focus was not on the patient,but rather the business. Would not recommend other than for a minor cold, cough, etc.
