Dr. Thiru S Arasu, MD

Dr Arasu was the only Dr to figure out what was wrong with my son. After countless visits to other doctors. Wait time for appointments can be long. Overall, I would recommend him. He is a great Dr .

AWFUL experience!!! My daughter did not go to her college class to see the doctor and after waiting over an hour we went to ask how much longer for to see the doctor and the secreatary, office manager AND DOCTOR told us that they were fitting her in. Sorry. My appmt was at 12:40 and at 1:40 I had over 6 patients in front of me, so they will see me if someone will not show up. Nothing like that was ever disclosed. Their attitude was a total “I don’t care, too bad”. They definitely do NOT CARE about their patients.

I had taken my daughter to the ER and her primary for over a year with the same issues. Everyone said there was nothing wrong. I made an appointment with Dr Arasu and in 10 min., he told us he was admitting her for her gallbladder. He is an excellent doctor. I see reviews about the wait time...yes, Tampa location does take some time but the Land O Lakes one is totally different. The wait is worth it if you must go to Tampa.

Very very rude and impatient. Im a home health nurse and I had called him regarding an issue with my patient and he cut me off half way of me explaining the situation and didnt give me a clear order. So when i called back to get clarity, afterwards he told me "dont ever call me again"

I was on time to my appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen. This appointment was for a follow up I didn’t need, to go over a test that I didn’t need to get. Waste of my time.

The Doctor is good..... everyone else you deal with couldn't be worse. Forget your appointment time they will get to you whenever because they overbook their days so much so clear your calendar for the day because they couldn't care less about it. The second time we went we left an hour and a half after our appointment which was at 4pm because there were still five patients in front of us... they wouldn't even be open long enough to see us that day. Wasted another day, had to sit in rush hour traffic for an hour to get home with an extremely upset infant. Probably the worst experience we've ever had with a doctors office. Others google reviews reflect similar experiences. ... Good doctor who can't run an efficient office.

Don't ever try reaching this office. They are impossible to get on the phone. We were given the run around picking up a medication and send to an office that wasn't open that was more then an hour away from our home and then they had the nerve to send us into collections for a $25.00 missed visit fee!! In a year we spent over $6000 in medical bills and he put us in collection over $25.00!!!!! We have found another physician!!!
