Dr. Thomas Richard Aiello, DO

He was rude to my father the moment he met him. My father was supposed to have an appointment 2 weeks after seeing him in the hospital, but no appointment for 4 months. I tried to change doctors and was told no. Then when he went into the hospital 8 months later after only getting to see Dr Aiello twice Dr Aiello did not even have the decency to go into my father's hospital room to see if there was anything that could be done. I passed him in the hall 2 doors down. While trying to get the first appointment I actually ask the receptionist if they were just hoping my father would die and they wouldn't have to be bothered seeing him.

Dr. Aiello always take the time to discuss options. We never feel rushed.

WAS TOLD THAT THE OFFICE WOULD TRY TO SCHEDULE LUNG BIOPSY FOR FOLLOWING WEEK. FOLLOWING WEEK CAME AND WENT NO APPOINTMENT NO PHONE CALL. CALLED OFFICE AND WAS TOLD PERSON WHO DOES THE SCHEDULING WAS OFF AND WOULD CALL THE NEXT DAY. FINALLY BIOPSY WAS SCHEDULED FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH AFTER THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT. NO FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. CALL DAY AFTER BIOPSY AND COULD NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL OVER 2 WEEKS LATER. BIOPSY RESULTS SHOULD TAKE 3-4 DAYS TO TURN AROUND. DR ON VACATION AND NP NOT AVAILABLE.
