If you can avoid getting trapped here, I suggest you do so. This place is notorious for neglecting calls, including to the pharmacy and the result is going multiple days without your medication. (Anyone who has experience taking psychiatric medications knows how bad that can be). Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Tests gave me initial hope that care was being taken. On the far side of it, I just feel like a dollar sign. No follow up appointments were set up to create a plan of attack or long-term pursuit of progress. There didn't even seem to be a general structure in place for a plan to be followed. I just got some literature, was given some medication prescriptions, and walked out the door. If anything happened, it was because I asked after it. Now I just have a massive bill and next to nothing to show for it, despite submission of a financial hardship request.

9 years later and I still can't get my diagnosis right

Gave ma a genetic profile explaining my symptons. Havevt been processing folic acid. Determined why meds for ptsd were resistent. I feel better already without any prescriptions. Am gonna implement new diet and lifestyle changes around MTHFR. They are cutting edge phenomanol! I highly reccomend! Saving my life??and they will extend your life and help your brain work at its peak??

I had one appt with Andrews about 6 years ago. I already had a diagnosis so he gave me RX for what I had been taking. He made my skin crawl. His questions were very inappropriate. I walked out of his office and asked if there was another provider I could see. Luckily there was and she is awesome. I never told anybody about my experience with him because I was afraid and ashamed. The reason I am commenting at this time is because I am no longer afraid and I will not let anyone take advantage of me. Although I don't see him as a patient he still has the ability to take advantage and cross the line of professionalism. This is a small town and people/patients talk to one another. I am certainly not the only person who sees him this way. My ratings are on him not the other providers or his staff.

I'm so glad this is my doctor.

After ten+ yrs my opinion has changed the bedside manner of Dr. Andrews is excellent so much so you may miss the miss diagnosis or the clear inability to account for time you've been kept on what should be a temporary medication, or you clear pleas for help if you see a Dr there see Rob or anyone really just not Dr. Andrews... The staff now is good but they can come and go and its really more luck of the draw than a case of bad staff.
