Dr. Baier and his team are the best. I was seeing another doctor before and didn't feel comfortable, so I asked my primary doctor if he could give me a reference. I had a good feeling the first time I met Dr. Baier and his team. The first surgery I had was for carpal tunnel, the surgery went great. Next I had total knee replacement, my knee hasn't felt this good in years. Dr. Baier is genuinely concerned for his patients, you can ask him again thing and you'll get a answer. I would highly recommend Dr. Baier.

Dr. Baier and his team are the best i've seen. I had a total hip replacement on Jan. 11 and was able to walk the same day. They plan every detail for a perfect surgery and still are attentive to their patients individual needs. I can walk better now than I did in years, with no pain. Thank you Dr. Baier!

Several years after being diagnosed with AVN (4 to be exact) – the pain and the inability to enjoy life was simply too great to ignore. For several years I tried PT and exercise to improve my hips. I don't know why other health providers were reluctant to send me to a surgeon. I did do my research and knew I wanted anterior hip surgery, if eligible. Within a week, first hip contributed to a leg more stable than years! Second hip, took a bit longer. I think my prior exercise aided my recovery. But, there is a very smooth running "operation" among Dr. Baier's practice, Condell, and Aster physical therapy.
