Very knowledgable. However, expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your appointment as they are rarely on time. The amount of ultrasounds seemed a bit excessive given my less severe diagnosis. Seemed a little like they wanted to just bill the insurance. Also, you cannot seem to get a hold of anyone after hours unless it is an "emergency" so don't try to schedule or reschedule an apointment unless its after 8:30 am, before 5 pm and also not on their lunch hour. Their lack of an answering machine can cost you $ in a no show fee apparently.

My experience with Dr. Balaskas was way beyond my expectation. He and his staff supported me through a very scary, uncertain pregnancy. He opened his office on the weekend so he could see me. He never rushed through any of my appts. and is the most thorough doctor I've met. He loves his patients and loves what he does. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else now.

Excellent doctor and highly knowledgeable. Cares for his patients!
