Dr. Thomas C Balshi, MD

* Leaving review on behalf of my mothers experience * TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not go here for Botox or Fillers. First visit- Went for botox, saw 0 results. Second Visit- Returned to scheduled follow up appointment and was told by Jen that they had received a batch of ineffective botox and I must have been one of the customers who received the defective botox. So she did the botox again. Third Visit- Barely noticeable if any results. Jen claimed that she saw results, however, I did not. She then suggested I would need filler in the same area I injected the botox because the botox would not fix the lines the way I had hoped. If this were the case, why would she not of told me this my first visit, instead of charging me for BOTH botox and fillers. She took advantage of me. If botox was never going to give me the results I told her I wanted in my lines, why charge me for botox? Instead why not suggest the fillers the first time around?? A whole other issue, is Meredith at… the desk is EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. I have called and left messages for Jen to call me back multiple time and she has never called me back. Meredith is incapable of redeeming brilliant distinction rewards correctly. I had to call back multiple times and call Brilliant Distinctions because she does not realize you can use more than one rebate voucher from BD at once. Even after being told by BD and receiving an email from them, she is still trying to tell me I cannot use any other vouchers. BOTTOM LINE: I was overcharged and taken advantage of. I have asked for Jen to call me back multiple times and she clearly does not care to contact me back. Meredith is extremely rude and unprofessional and not trained properly. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Balshi’s Office staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I had a cyst on my back removed by Jen. She was so caring and I had no discomfort during or after!! If your looking for a caring Doctors Office this is it!!

I have never been so disappointed in his treatments. I had thredding first, then weeks of fillers costing me a fortune, and they did not last, now he said I should have a facelift. He should have told me before he started treating me. Elaine

Dr. Balshi is wonderful....he takes care of you with no fuss and makes me feel very comfortable. He is very thorough. Lisa does a great job as well, she cares and calls to check on you. Love it here!

I went to two other dermatologist in S Fla in previous 12 months before visiting Dr Balshi who I visited for another problem. After treating problem I went to him for (successfully), he asked if he could take a sample from my check as he thought it looked suspious. It was a decent sized melanoma that everyone else missed and he sent me to a great plastic surgeon for successful .removal.

Dr. Balshi and his staff were excellent as you can tell by all my stars. The doctor and staff really listen to you and care about their patients. I loved the beautiful tranquil environment and I highly recommend it to everyone.
