Dr. Thomas R Bannow

I love having Dr. Bannow as my doctor as I have been with him for many years now. His staff member in the back is knowledgeable and very friendly. She has not been there long but what a great addition to Dr. Bannow's office. However, the Front office staff has little to be desired and after this last time of going in and hearing the girl Kaylie talk about another patient that she had just gotten off the phone with, I felt it necessary to tell you all. She is extremely negative, heartless and just overall evil. She complained about the patient to the other girl Terry and I was appalled to hear her talk about a patient like that. I just hope she does not talk about me like that when I am on the phone. Then, I heard her turn around and be rude to the girl in the back. Sadly, I cannot spell her name but it is like Kegan or Keagen. Good luck to her and Dr. Bannow.

Dr. Bannow has been my physician for 30 years. I have always found him to be energenic, caring and professional. His staff is helpful and when I am sick they can usually get me an appointment the same day that I call in.

Dr Bannow may be a bit brisk in his bedside manner, but he is a great diagnostitian who really knows his stuff. As a D.O., he has a full understanding of the human body and how it works, and he is always up to date on advances in medicine.

sometimes I wonder if too old is sometimes just too old to be a doctor, someone should seriously consider retirement....
