Dr. Thomas Francis Barman, MD

Good visit and listened to my concerns.

I met with Dr Barman for several symptoms that were bothering me. He didn't listen to anything I said, and pretty much said I was just fine. Before I left his office he made quick mention to get a yearly mammogram and wear a seat belt for safety. Then a few weeks later I get a bill where I am charged for TWO visits. When I called his office to correct the bill, they told me that it was because I was there for a "evaluation and management" visit as well as a "Health and Wellness" visit, so they get to charge me for both. When I argued that I was only there for health concerns and not for a yearly wellness check, they sited the mention of a mammogram and seat belts in his notes. Seriously?? He is self absorbed AND dishonest!

I get excellent care from Dr. Barman

I've been going to Dr. Barman for several years now. He is the best physician I've worked with in a very long time. Very thorough and professional!!

Dr Barman was rude and disrespectful to my elderly mother. He called her names & yelled at her. Dr Barman was condescending as he told her what she should be doing and showed no compassion or concern for any issues that were discussed. He showed a lack of empathy, or care for my mother. Not taking her back there again.

My mother has been to see Dr. Thomas Barman for the last time. He treated her with contempt and without any compassion, particularly on this last appointment. He yelled at her with his face 6 inches from her face. Refusing to listen and telling her when she could talk. My mother was grieving the death of her son and Dr. Thomas showed absolutely no compassion and said cutting and hurtful remarks. We have read other reviews on this Doctor and others have had similar experiences with this unprofessional doctor!

Dr. Barman is always very helpful, either by phone or in his office. If you have something wrong and he cannot help you he will get on the phone and get someone that can. He never says we will wait and see what we can do , he acts now. By phone, he is their for you. A great Doctor, he acts now not latter.

If you like getting treated like a number this is the doc for you, if you'd like to be treated decent like a human being I'd suggest going somewhere else... Like I am doing! The staff is unfriendly and treats you like you don't matter... I got to my appointment 3 minutes late, they said the Dr. Barman couldn't see me because I was late (3 minutes) so I rescheduled then 2 months later they sent me a bill for $100 for missing my appointment. I wish I could do negative stars, they don't deserve even one!!!

Dr Thomas Barman has been my Doctor for over 20 years and has diligently addressed every medical condition I have, which there are many. He has a good sense of humor, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend him as a Doctor.

13 years ago I was at the end of my drinking and drugging career, I left the emergency room after experiencing my last drink or drug! An emergency Dr. told me I needed to see a Dr and he recommended Thomas Barman which saved my life! He was so professional and HONEST with me and my condition which was bleak to say the least, He gave me exactly what I needed Hard Love told me I needed to go to AA and if I made that decision he would be my Dr and treat me! I celebrated 12 years of continuous sobriety and as a result I try to take him my Sobriety coin each year that he uses as a golf ball marker! His assistants both Stef & Vozi are the BEST! I’ve moved to Las Vegas but Dr Barman is still my Primary care It wouldn’t matter how far I had to travel I’ll never have a different Dr. God Bless him and his staff for without them there is no telling where I would be! I would not be doing the staff at Granger medical any justice if I didn’t mention one of his associates Margaret Grogan is the BOMB!… Thank you Dr. Barman and staff!!
