Dr. Thomas L Bauer, MD

I called the office to make a doctors appointment for my son, I didn’t know if Dr. Bauer did the surgery he needed, so I asked to speak with the office manager. Two weeks went by after multiple phone calls before another office worker noticed I had called multiple times, and asked if she could help. She answered my question right away and made my son an appointment. The girls in the office were so helpful, it was mind blowing that the office manager didn’t know any of the questions I was asking. I showed up for my appointment and the office manager was at the desk! She didn’t know what she was doing and looked extremely frazzled. The girl who took us into the exam room was extremely apologetic and was so nice, and Dr. Bauer was so amazing, it’s incredible that the office functions without an office manager.

Dr. Bauer is the best! He listens, clearly explains the operation, and asks if you have any questions. He is pleasant to talk with and is beyond a fabulous doctor. If you need a doctor for a Paraessphageal Hernia he is the doctor to do the operation!

I wish I could rate most of the above questions with 8 or more stars. Absolutely the most caring doctor I have ever had (71 years). Also, one of the most knowledgeabe docs I have ever dealt with. You are in good hands with Doctor Bauer. There should be more like him.
