    Dr. Bieber is the son of Dr. Rae Bieber, who started the practice in 1956. Dr. Bieber was raised in Clear Lake and was very active in wrestling, becoming only the second wrestler to win a state championship from Clear Lake's program. He went on to wrestle collegiately at Utah State University. While at Utah State, Dr. Bieber was active
    Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Bieber attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He became active in the dental fraternity of Delta Sig and took the position of house manager for the fraternity. He kept the house operational as it provided housing for many dental students.  While in dental school he earned the "Excellence In Operative Dentistry" award, which only goes out to one student per year.  Dr. Bieber also met his wife, Lisa, while attending dental school. Following graduation, the two came back to Clear Lake to join his father, Rae. Tom and Lisa have two …children, Joe and Matt.Â
    In his spare time, Dr. Bieber enjoys hunting, fishing, and doing all things outdoors at his farm near Pilot Knob.
