Dr. Tom M. Boetel, DO

Don't get trapped! If Sanford schedules you to see this Dr call them back immediately and cancel your appointment and schedule with anyone but him! See he signed some bogus non second opinions clause with the other Dr's there so once you see him you can't see anyone else in this field at this hospital even after not going there for over 2 years. You still can't see anyone else there and now that Orthopedics Institute no longer accepts the Minnesota health insurance since they moved to Tea the only other option is to go to Avera. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before seeing him cause I never would have chose him! There's a reason he's always got appointments open and it's not cause he's a good Dr! He dosn't listen to you and rushes you out the door as fast as possible. He acts like he knows it all when clearly he doesn't especially considering he doesn't listen to your individual issues and problems if you've ever seen the show House well that's the way he acts

Dr. Boetel is an excellent doctor. Great bed side manners, and very caring. Answered all my questions. Staff very kind. Highly recommend

Works for insurance companies, doesn't care that patient gets better, only pushes to give unapproved by the FDA steroid injections.
