Dr. Thomas L Bouhana

Thomas L. Bouhana D.D.S.
Dr. Bouhana graduated from Eastern Michigan University receiving his Bachelor of Science degree.  He continued his graduate studies at EMU doing research in Medical Mycology and Electron Microscopy.  He then attended and graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He received an Associate Fellow Degree with the World Clinical Laser Institute.  Dr. Bouhana has been performing laser dentistry for the past ten years and has practiced dentistry for thirty two years.  He completes twenty hours of continuing education annually. 
Dr. Bouhana is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Livingston District Dental Society, World Clinical Laser Society, and is a life menber of the Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity. He has held memberships in the Oakland County Dental Society, Detroit District Dental Society, and the World Health Organization.  Dr. Bouhana is a …past President and Treasurer of the Lions Club of Hartland, and sat on the school board of Child of Christ Luthern School.  He was active in the Hartland Consolidated School System holding many commitee positions. He assisted his wife Andrea in starting the Lacrosse program at Hartland High School and he has over the years sponsored many boys and girls baseball, lacrosse, football, basketball, soccer, hockey, and equestrian teams. 
Dr. Bouhana has been married to his wife Andrea for thirty one years. He has three children Bryan, Kyle, and Erin.  Bryan is a graduate of Marygrove College and is a classical musician with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music theory.  Kyle and Erin are both graduates of Michigan Sate University earning Bachelor of Science degrees.  Kyle is currently enrolled at the University of Detorit Mercy School of Dentistry and Erin is currently enrolled at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medecine.
. Dr Bouhana's hobbies are sports, art, theater, classic cars, boating, snowmobiling. He loves to frequent northern Michigan and is an avid outdoorsman who likes to fish and hunt upland game. His office is decorated with many pieces of outdoor wildlife artwork.
