Dr. Thomas W Britt, DO

Love Dr.Britt he listens and genuinely cares. I have been his patient for almost 3 years. I find the membership more affordable than insurance and have met few doctors with a better beside manner. I recommend him to anyone. Only ppl who don't get what they don't need leave bad reviews Dr. Britt follows the rules and is very fair in evaluations. Staff is friendly office always clean and honey.

First off. They changed to this plan that you are forced to pay for or they will not see you anymore unless it's on emergency basis only. Which the $120 is due at time of appointment. And whatever else they decide to bill you for. If you decide to pay the minimum of $149 a month on top of what you pay for health insurance "which they also bill". A few of the actual good nurses left there. Very cold in there now. The lady who accepts the payments and rebooks. Gerrylin I believe is her name. Could not be any colder. Not to mention loud and the entire office from the back to the waiting room will know everything about you. Why sign a hyppa form when that rude woman will let let everyone know while you stand there. That office at one time was very well respected. Not sure if they was over worked and burned out. But front office gossip is horrible. You can hear it while waiting in the waiting room.

I love Dr. Britt and the staff at Gap Clinic. He is helping me through a difficult problem. He is down to earth, very compassionate, and is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to really listen to what I have to say. I have been to many doctors who seem arrogant and have already sized up your situation before you even have a chance to really explain. I highly recommend him. Kudos Dr. Britt for being one of the good guys!

Dr Britt is an amazing doctor. He listened to my problems and was very compassionate. I would recommend him to everyone for their patient care.
