Dr. Thomas Kern Carlton, MD

I have been seeing Dr Carlton for 10 years now and everytime he asks me how i am, i feel at peace. He is a caring, honorable, easy going, understanding doctor that i dont want NO other than him. He understood me with my 3 surgeries on my lower back were and are STILL painful to this day. He sits down with you and listens to your problems no matter how long you are in the room. I love that about him. I dont know where i would be if i didnt have him helping me with medicine for my back, probly in the loony bin. Lol. Also, he is a tough caracter and he dont let paitents push him around when they demand something from him medicine wise, and some of you reading this post knows what im talking about. He does drug tests all the time which i like too. Dr Carlton is no fool. He is very smart and thats why i like him and you should to. So to all who wants a Dr like this, come to The Rehab Center in Charlotte NC, he will treat you with kindness and warmth. See you at my next appt Doc.

I CAN SAY THEY SAVED MY LIFE, I WAS AT A DEAD END ROAD WITH MY PAIN DIDN'T KNOW IF I WANTED TO GO ON AT THAT TIME IN MY LIFE, BUT AFTER SEEING DR OMALLEY AND DR CARLTON MY HOLE OUT LOOK ON LIFE WAS CHANGED, AND I STARTED IN THE RIGHT WAY TO GET BACK TO MY EVERYDAY LIFE,SO IF YOUR DOWN, HURTING AND SEEM LIKE NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOU, I WANT TO TELL YOU YOU CAN HAVE A GOOD LIFE AGAIN IF YOU GIVE THESE DOCTORS A CHANCE I DID AND WOW NOW I AM ON MY WAY TO A GOOD LIFE AND ABLE TO DO SOME OF THE THINGS I USED TO LIKE ENJOY MY LIFE, SO THESE DOCTORS AND THERE STAFF ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO AND THAT IS HEAL YOU FROM SO MUCH PAIN I DID AND YOU CAN TO TAKE A CHANCE AND YOU WANT EVER FOR GET WHAT THEY DID FOR YOU I HAVENT

Have been seeing this Doctor for over 7 years. He has helped me in many ways over the years. when I started seeing him another pain management office had me on very high doses of medication he helped me to decrease the dosage and change medications to something that decreased the pain to a manageable point, and doesn't interfere with me working or living a normal life. the staff at the office is very helpful and friendly Would recommend him to anyone!!

ive been going here for over 2 years, they are very nice and look after all my needs and concerns, i have never been there and wasnt spoken to like a person and not a number, all of them are very good to me and my needs, i will not ever go nowhere eles for my treatments ever

first visit went well!! good bedside manners and seemed to care about his patients!!

Mr.carlton is number one in my book. I would tell anybody needing help to see him. He will listen to what you have to say and even ask about your family that means a lot that show he does care. There are dr around that wouldn't even set still to talk to. He is one of the very few that will listen. I like having some I can talk to about church and god. Show me another dr that would do that you probably can't. I have heard of dr in my area that would just write out prescription so you can get out and make room for the next to make more money. That's not dr. Carlton I think if he had to spend hours with you he would just to help you out. All that's number one with me and a lot of people.

I've been seeing Dr Carlton for many years and from the beginning the most important quality I noticed was how he responded to me, which was respectfully, patiently and caring. I have regular doctors that I see but Dr Carlton is my favorite. I've been dealing with a pain for so long and he didn't stop until he found the proper medicine for some relief and that made me very happy. He's a wonderful doctor and the ladies at the front desk are just as remarkable especially Kathy and Megan, anything I need its done without any hesitation by the staff. This office is located in Charlotte and I don't mind the nearly 2 hrs drive from King.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carlton for 6+years. He is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, caring doctors I have ever seen, so much so that I drive over 2 hours to see him for my disabling condition. He cares about each and every patient and does his best to explain medically what is taking place. On one occasion he even returned a phone call as late as 8 PM. He is truly an exceptional doctor! If only there were more like him!

DR.CARLTON HAS BEEN MY DR FOR 7YRS NOW, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM. DR CARLTON IS ONE OF THE OR THE BEST DR I HAVE EVER BEEN UNDER.HE KNOWS HIS PATIENTS AND THEIR NEEDS.SOME HAS PUT HIM DOWN FOR DOING HIS JOB,BUT IF I WAS THEIR DR I WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME THING.WHEN YOU ABUSE DRUGS, YOU NEED TO BE CUT -OFF,THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN LEGAL AND ILLEGAL DRUGS. WHEN DR GIVES YOU DRUGS THEY ARE NOT ONLY ENOUGH TO LAST TILL THE NEXT APPT,BUT FOR YOUR PAIN,YOU CANT TAKE THEM AND ILLEGAL DRUGS TOO..DR CARLTON IS AN EXPERT AT WHAT HE DOES AND I HOPE HE ALWAYS CONTINUES TO DO WHAT HE KNOWS IS BEST..SO IF U ARE LOOKING FOR DRUGS TO SELL OR GET HIGH OFF OF THEN DR,CARLTON IS NOT YOUR DR..
