The dentist and staff are great!!

I have been with Dr. Carroll for years. My family loved him and his staff. Always feeling like all the attention was on us during the visits, personal and professional.. I have never had to wait in the waiting room when going for my cleanings. His hygienist is Great and Genital and loves what she does. always laughing but staying focused on her job. The staff at the front desk always friendly and made paying the bill not painful. Recent changes in the office with out notification has been very upsetting not only to me and my family, but many of our friends who also go to the office. The office has been sold to another doctor. The hygienist has left to have surgery and the front desk staff has left and the new ladies are just miserable. They are pushing x-rays and return visits to finish the job so they can bill the insurance more money. The waiting time in the office is just terrible. I am very upset with this turn over and will be relocating my family to another office.… I miss my hygienist and know she will be better soon. I also feel very sad for Dr. Carroll and his staff to have this wonderful office fall apart after so many years.

Fantastic staff, friendly and efficient and really great dentist! Explained everything and was very gentle...and I am a big chicken!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Carroll and his staff for over 5 years. His staff has always been very professional, caring and understanding; ex needing to change appointments, getting us in in an emergency. Even my husband, who is one of those guys who doesn't like the dentist and never goes to the doctor, likes Dr. Carroll. He uses humor to make you comfortable and laugh. He has always done a very good job and I love his dental assistants. They are personable and wonderful.
