Dr. Thomas Chacko, MD

My visit was a disappointment from beginning to end. The doctor had groups of people he kept herding in and out of patient's rooms and following him around that he was continually scolding with a raised voice. I felt like he had zero concern for me as a patient and was dismissive. The numerous individuals who kept coming into my exam room generally appeared to be inept and clueless. His office displays lots of self promoting framed articles and magazine covers and pretty much nothing else. He displayed nothing but false interest in my symptoms and helping me address them. The only bright spot was his nurse practitioner. She was great. Overall, it felt like a 3 ring circus with little concern for his patients.

They do not answer their phones. They had us drive to their office when they didn’t even have the serum on hand for the shot. They neglected to call and let me know this although they were aware. Worst customer service I’ve had from a doctors office.

Very visit today office staff is extremely nice. Bedside Manners is great. I love this doctor

Our appointment was handled with ease. We have an allergy plan in place to combat my son's seemingly constant runny nose and congestion. Thank you for taking care of us.

Dr. Chacko is so dependable and available whenever we need him! Recently, my daughter suddenly broke out into a rash on her face and Dr. Chacko answered our call despite it being a holiday weekend. As soon as we administered the medication ordered by Dr. Chacko, the rash started clearing up. We were so thankful, and Dr. Chacko continues to amaze us with his services as a physician. We couldn’t trust anyone else!

I’ve seen Dr. Chacko for a couple of years for immunotherapy (allergy shots)for several different environmental allergies. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. His office staff is friendly and always very helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Chacko has provided the best service for me over the past 6 years!!! He knows exactly what you need to help with these nasty allergies! His staff is remarkable! As a working mom- I don’t have time to sit and wait to be seen! They are through and quick! I really appreciate the care they give to me! They definitely treat the person!!!

Enjoy Dr Chackos approach, mannerisms and demeanor with my family. He is patient and understanding and works on our specific issues to help find a more pleasant resolution for our ongoing food allergies. His aggressive and planned approach has yielded excellent results in a short amount of time.

We started OIT a year ago and as a mom the fear for my daughter has greatly decreased. She was highly allergic to all nuts. But she is now eating up to 2 peanuts without any reaction! This has helped our family a lot. The quality of life for our family has greatly increased. It’s easier to travel, less seclusion and fear sending her to school. And less fear at home sharing food :)

Dr. Chacko has improved the quality of life for my son. The allergy shots have have greatly approved his asthma and allowed him to get back to his sports and enjoying life.
